Rules and Guidelines
  1. पात्रता: यह प्रश्नोत्तरी सभी वैध भारतीय नागरिकों के लिए खुली है जिनके पास मोबाइल नंबर और ईमेल आईडी है। दैनिक जागरण एवं डेटानेट इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के कर्मचारी भाग लेने हेतु पात्र नहीं हैं।
    Eligibility: This quiz is open to all valid Indian citizens who have a mobile number and an email ID. Employees of Dainik Jagran and Datanet India Private Limited are not eligible to participate.
  2. प्रश्नोत्तरी का दायरा: प्रश्न आहार, निद्रा, व्यायाम, आयुर्वेदिक जीवनशैली, प्रकृति-अनुकूल दिनचर्या, संतुलित स्वास्थ्य सिद्धांत, रोग-निवारण और आयुर्वेद आधारित स्वस्थ जीवनशैली के मूल सिद्धांतों पर आधारित होंगे।
    Quiz Scope: The questions will be based on diet, sleep, exercise, Ayurvedic lifestyle, nature-friendly daily routines, balanced health principles, disease prevention and the core concepts of Ayurveda-based healthy living.
  3. पंजीकरण एवं ऑनलाइन परीक्षा: प्रश्नोत्तरी का निःशुल्क पंजीकरण एवं ऑनलाइन परीक्षा 3 जनवरी 2026 से 27 जनवरी 2026 तक आयोजित की जाएगी।
    Registration and Online Examination: Free registration and the online quiz will be conducted from 3 January 2026 to 27 January 2026.
  4. पंजीकरण विवरण: प्रतिभागियों को अपना नाम, ईमेल पता, मोबाइल नंबर और अन्य आवश्यक विवरण प्रदान करने होंगे। जानकारी जमा करके प्रतिभागी दैनिक जागरण एवं इंडियास्टैटक्विज़ को इसका उपयोग प्रश्नोत्तरी संचालन एवं सत्यापन हेतु करने की सहमति देते हैं।
    Registration Details: Participants must provide their name, email address, mobile number, and other required details. By submitting the information, participants consent to Dainik Jagran and IndiastatQuiz using it for quiz operations and verification.
  5. प्रतिभागी प्रोफ़ाइल: यदि आपने हमारे पूर्ववर्ती क्विज़ में भाग लिया है, तो इस प्रतियोगिता के लिए आपको अलग से पंजीकरण करने की आवश्यकता नहीं होगी। आपकी ईमेल-आईडी ही आपका उपयोगकर्ता नाम (User Name) होगी और पासवर्ड आप “Forget Password” बटन के माध्यम से पुनः प्राप्त कर सकते हैं।
    Participant Profile: If you have participated in our previous quizzes, you do not need to register again for this competition. Your email ID will serve as your username, and you can retrieve your password using the “Forget Password” option.
  6. परीक्षा का स्वरूप: इस प्रतियोगिता में केवल एक ऑनलाइन क्विज़ राउंड आयोजित होगा, जिसमें प्रतिभागियों के प्रदर्शन के आधार पर ही विजेताओं की घोषणा की जाएगी।
    Exam Format: This competition will consist of only one online quiz round, and winners will be declared solely based on participants’ performance.
  7. कैप्चा (Captcha): सुरक्षा कारणों से प्रश्नों के बीच कैप्चा दिया गया है ताकि यह सुनिश्चित हो सके कि परीक्षा वास्तविक प्रतिभागी दे रहा है, न कि कोई स्वचालित प्रणाली।
    Captcha: For security reasons, a captcha is provided between questions to ensure that the quiz is being taken by a real participant and not an automated system.
  8. भाषाएँ: प्रश्नोत्तरी हिंदी और अंग्रेज़ी में उपलब्ध है।
    Languages: The quiz is available in Hindi and English.
  9. प्रतिभाग: प्रतिभागी केवल आधिकारिक वेबसाइट https://jagran.indiastatquiz.com या QR कोड के माध्यम से प्रश्नोत्तरी में भाग ले सकते हैं।
    Participation: Participants can take part in the quiz only through the official website https://jagran.indiastatquiz.com or via the QR code.
  10. प्रारूप: प्रश्नोत्तरी में 45 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे, जिनमें से प्रत्येक का केवल एक सही उत्तर होगा।
    Format: The quiz will consist of 45 multiple-choice questions, each having only one correct answer.
  11. समय सीमा: प्रतिभागी को कुल 45 प्रश्न 30 मिनट में पूरे करने होंगे। समय प्रबंधन अत्यंत आवश्यक है।
    Time Limit: Participants must complete all 45 questions within 30 minutes. Time management is extremely important.
  12. अंक और गति: प्रश्नोत्तरी समय आधारित है। तेजी से पूरा करने से जीतने की संभावना बढ़ जाती है।
    Scoring and Speed: The quiz is time-based. Completing it faster increases the chances of winning.
  13. टाईब्रेकर: टाई होने की स्थिति में, जो प्रतिभागी सबसे कम समय में प्रश्नोत्तरी पूरी करेगा, उसे विजेता घोषित किया जाएगा।
    Tie-breaker: In case of a tie, the participant who completes the quiz in the least amount of time will be declared the winner.
  14. नकारात्मक अंकन: प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर के लिए एक-तिहाई (0.33) अंक काटा जाएगा।
    Negative Marking: One-third (0.33) mark will be deducted for each incorrect answer.
  15. प्रदर्शन प्रतिशत की गणना: प्रत्येक सही उत्तर के लिए 1 अंक और गलत उत्तर पर 0.33 अंक की कटौती होगी।
    (सही उत्तर – गलत उत्तर × 0.33) का परिणाम 100 से गुणा कर 45 (कुल प्रश्नों) से विभाजित करने पर प्राप्त प्रतिशत मार्कशीट में प्रदर्शित किया जाएगा।
    Performance Percentage Calculation: Each correct answer carries 1 mark, and 0.33 marks will be deducted for each wrong answer.
    The percentage shown on the marksheet will be calculated by multiplying (Correct Answers – Wrong Answers × 0.33) by 100 and dividing the result by 45 (total questions).
  16. प्रारंभ तंत्र: जैसे ही प्रतिभागी "क्विज़ शुरू करें" बटन पर क्लिक करेगा, प्रश्नोत्तरी शुरू हो जाएगी।
    Start Mechanism: The quiz will begin immediately once the participant clicks on the “Start Quiz” button.
  17. प्रश्नोत्तरी समाप्त करने के नियम: क्विज़ के दौरान पृष्ठ को रीफ़्रेश न करें। सभी उत्तर सबमिट (Submit) करने के बाद ही आपकी प्रविष्टि मान्य होगी। यदि किसी कारणवश प्रश्नोत्तरी बीच में ही बंद हो जाती है, तो उस समय तक दिए गए आपके उत्तर ही प्रविष्टि के रूप में मान्य माने जाएंगे।
    Quiz Completion Rules: Do not refresh the page during the quiz. Your entry will be considered valid only after submitting all answers. If the quiz closes midway for any reason, the answers submitted up to that point will be treated as the final entry.
  18. प्रयासों की संख्या: प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को अधिकतम दो प्रयास की अनुमति होगी, जिसमें दूसरा प्रयास पहले प्रयास के तुरंत बाद करना आवश्यक होगा। दोनों में से सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्कोर को अंतिम परिणाम के लिए माना जाएगा।
    Number of Attempts: Each participant is allowed a maximum of two attempts, with the second attempt to be taken immediately after the first. The better of the two scores will be considered for the final result.
  19. ईमेल नीति: एक ईमेल पते से केवल एक ही पंजीकरण मान्य होगा।
    Email Policy: Only one registration will be allowed per email address.
  20. भागीदारी प्रमाण पत्र: सफलतापूर्वक प्रश्नोत्तरी पूरी करने पर प्रतिभागी को डिजिटल भागीदारी प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड करने का विकल्प मिलेगा।
    Participation Certificate: Upon successful completion of the quiz, participants will have the option to download a digital participation certificate.
  21. परिणाम घोषणा: परिणाम 30 जनवरी 2026 को प्रश्नोत्तरी की आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर प्रदर्शित किए जाएंगे। प्रतिभागी अपना परिणाम वेबसाइट पर देख सकेंगे, आयोजक व्यक्तिगत रूप से सूचना नहीं देंगे।
    Result Declaration: Results will be displayed on the official quiz website on 30th January 2026. Participants can check their results on the website; no individual notifications will be sent.

    22. विजेता और पुरस्कार:

    • प्रथम स्थान – ₹51,000 नकद
      First Prize – ₹51,000 cash
    • द्वितीय स्थान – ₹31,000 नकद
      Second Prize – ₹31,000 cash
    • तृतीय स्थान – ₹21,000 नकद
      Third Prize – ₹21,000 cash

    • चतुर्थ से दसवें स्थान - प्रत्येक को ₹5100
      Fourth to Tenth Position – ₹5,100 each
    • ग्यारहवें से बीसवें स्थान - प्रत्येक को ₹2100
      Eleventh to Twentieth Position – ₹2,100 each
  22. उत्तर पुस्तिका उपलब्धता: उत्तर पुस्तिका 2 फ़रवरी से 6 फ़रवरी 2026 तक वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध रहेगी, ताकि प्रतिभागी अपने प्रश्न और उत्तर देख सकें।
    Answer Key Availability: The answer key will be available on the website from 2 february to 6 february 2026, allowing participants to review their questions and answers.
  23. विजेता राशि भुगतान: विजेता राशि सीधे विजेताओं के बैंक खाते में ट्रांसफर की जाएगी। लागू नियमों के अनुसार TDS कटौती के बाद भुगतान होगा।
    Prize Money Payment: The prize money will be transferred directly to the winners’ bank accounts after applicable TDS deductions as per rules.
  24. पुरस्कार विवरण: पुरस्कार प्रदान करने की प्रक्रिया में कुछ समय लगता है। विजेताओं से दैनिक जागरण की टीम द्वारा संपर्क किया जाएगा।
    Prize Details: The prize distribution process may take some time. Winners will be contacted by the Dainik Jagran team.
  25. अयोग्यता: किसी भी प्रकार के कदाचार, धोखाधड़ी या अनुचित आचरण की स्थिति में आयोजक प्रतिभागी को अयोग्य घोषित कर सकते हैं।
    Disqualification: In case of any misconduct, fraud, or unfair practice, the organizer may disqualify the participant.
  26. अंतिम निर्णय: प्रश्नोत्तरी परिणामों के संबंध में आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा तथा विजेताओं के चयन का पूर्ण अधिकार आयोजक के पास सुरक्षित रहेगा।
    Final Decision: The organizer’s decision regarding quiz results shall be final and binding, and the organizer reserves full rights in the selection of winners.
  27. अनुपालन: प्रतिभागियों को सभी नियमों एवं शर्तों का पालन करना अनिवार्य है, जिसमें आयोजक द्वारा किए गए संशोधन भी शामिल हैं।
    Compliance: Participants must comply with all rules and conditions, including any modifications made by the organizer.
  28. अपात्रता: दैनिक जागरण एवं डेटानेट इंडिया प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के कर्मचारी भाग लेने के लिए पात्र नहीं हैं।
    Ineligibility: Employees of Dainik Jagran and Datanet India Private Limited are not eligible to participate.
  29. संशोधन अधिकार: आयोजक आवश्यकतानुसार प्रश्नोत्तरी के किसी भी भाग, नियम या तकनीकी पैरामीटर में परिवर्तन करने का अधिकार रखते हैं। सभी अपडेट आधिकारिक आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर प्रकाशित किए जाएंगे।
    Right to Amend: The organizer reserves the right to modify any part of the quiz, rules, or technical parameters as required. All updates will be published on the official website.
  30. विवाद समाधान: इन शर्तों से उत्पन्न किसी भी विवाद को डेटानेट को संदर्भित किया जाएगा, जिसका निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा। न्यायिक क्षेत्राधिकार केवल दिल्ली न्यायालयों में होगा।
    Dispute Resolution: Any dispute arising from these terms shall be referred to Datanet, whose decision shall be final and binding. Jurisdiction shall be limited to Delhi courts only.
