This quiz is open to all valid Indian citizens who have a mobile number and an email ID. Employees of Dainik Jagran and Datanet India Private Limited are not eligible to participate.

प्रश्न आहार, निद्रा, व्यायाम, आयुर्वेदिक जीवनशैली, प्रकृति-अनुकूल दिनचर्या, संतुलित स्वास्थ्य सिद्धांत, रोग-निवारण और आयुर्वेद आधारित स्वस्थ जीवनशैली पर आधारित होंगे।
The questions will be based on diet, sleep, exercise, Ayurvedic lifestyle, nature-friendly daily routines, balanced health principles, disease prevention, and Ayurveda-based healthy living.

Participants must provide their name, email address, mobile number, and other required details. By submitting the information, they consent to its use for quiz operations and verification.

नहीं। यदि आपने पहले क्विज़ में भाग लिया है, तो अलग से पंजीकरण आवश्यक नहीं है। आपकी ईमेल आईडी ही उपयोगकर्ता नाम होगी और पासवर्ड “Forget Password” से प्राप्त किया जा सकता है।
No. If you have participated earlier, separate registration is not required. Your email ID will be your username, and the password can be retrieved using “Forget Password”.

केवल एक ऑनलाइन क्विज़ राउंड होगा और विजेता प्रदर्शन के आधार पर घोषित किए जाएंगे।
There will be only one online quiz round, and winners will be declared based on performance.

Participants can take part only through the official website https://jagran.indiastatquiz.com or via the QR code.

कुल 45 बहुविकल्पीय प्रश्न होंगे, जिनमें प्रत्येक का केवल एक सही उत्तर होगा।
There will be 45 multiple-choice questions, each with one correct answer.

45 प्रश्नों को हल करने के लिए कुल 30 मिनट का समय दिया जाएगा।
Participants will get 30 minutes to complete all 45 questions.

हाँ। प्रश्नोत्तरी समय आधारित है और जल्दी पूरा करने से जीतने की संभावना बढ़ती है।
Yes. The quiz is time-based, and faster completion improves winning chances.

टाई की स्थिति में सबसे कम समय में प्रश्नोत्तरी पूरी करने वाला प्रतिभागी विजेता होगा।
In case of a tie, the participant who finishes the quiz in the least time will be declared the winner.

हाँ। प्रत्येक गलत उत्तर पर 0.33 अंक काटे जाएंगे।
Yes. 0.33 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer.

(सही उत्तर – गलत उत्तर × 0.33) × 100 ÷ 45 के आधार पर प्रतिशत निकाला जाएगा।
Percentage = (Correct Answers – Wrong Answers × 0.33) × 100 ÷ 45.

प्रत्येक प्रतिभागी को अधिकतम दो प्रयास की अनुमति होगी। दोनों में से सर्वश्रेष्ठ स्कोर को अंतिम माना जाएगा।
Each participant is allowed a maximum of two attempts. The best score will be considered final.

हाँ। सफलतापूर्वक प्रश्नोत्तरी पूरी करने पर डिजिटल प्रमाण पत्र डाउनलोड किया जा सकता है।
Yes. A digital participation certificate will be available for download after successful completion.

परिणाम 30 जनवरी 2026 को आधिकारिक वेबसाइट पर घोषित किए जाएंगे।
Results will be announced on 30 January 2026 on the official website.

उत्तर पुस्तिका 2 फ़रवरी से 6 फ़रवरी 2026 तक वेबसाइट पर उपलब्ध रहेगी।
The answer key will be available from 2 february to 6 february 2026.

पुरस्कार राशि सीधे बैंक खाते में TDS कटौती के बाद ट्रांसफर की जाएगी।
Prize money will be transferred directly to bank accounts after applicable TDS deductions.

हाँ। परिणामों से संबंधित आयोजक का निर्णय अंतिम और बाध्यकारी होगा।
Yes. The organizer’s decision regarding results will be final and binding.

सभी विवादों का न्यायिक क्षेत्र केवल दिल्ली न्यायालय होगा।
Jurisdiction for all disputes will be limited to Delhi courts only.
